Brentwood Regatta 2009 Photo Gallery
Rowing Shell, Brentwood Regatta 2009, Mill Bay, British Columbia
I have started looking through my Brentwood College Regatta photos and although it may be months until I have a full gallery up I thought a small gallery was in order. The photos are located on my Cowichan Valley web site at Brentwood Regatta 2009 Photos. There are about 50 images online at this point, I’ll likely update the gallery again in the next few days.

Enjoyed your Brentwood College Regatta photo gallery. Your images are so crisp and clear. I like how your collection includes different aspects of the event and also shows the equipment the participants used, which I know nothing about but looks fascinating.

I really didn’t know much about rowing either as this is the first time I have photographed an event like this. I always felt that rowing had potential for great photographs and have watched the Canadian National Team row many times on Elk Lake close to here… only to keep driving. I kept on saying “some day”. Anyway, finally did manage to get out for this regatta and I wasn’t disappointed. Very photogenic.
Rowing also looks like fun and certainly would be good exercise, might have to give it a try. I’ll add it to my list that keeps getting longer!
