Glowing Scorpions

Here’s another name that could be really fun for a rock band. The Glowing Scorpions are appearing in Seattle tonight – sounds catchy!

On a real life note, I never knew scorpions glowed when held under UV light until I visited the Bug Museum in Victoria. This friendly critter demonstrated glowing for us, pretty cool. What else is cool is that they still glow when they are dead and even when fossilized. You learn something useless every day!

Emm, where did you find that creature?

Your photos are always so wide ranging that it’s practically like having a kind of encyclopedia in front of me!
